9. Take an Evening Stroll Around Marco Lake on Largo Rd

San Marco Bridge views. This is the canal that feeds into Marco Lake. The bridge is located on River Rd.

After a pleasant meal, and with the sun setting, it’s never a bad idea to walk around Marco Lake in the evening. You can park near Landon Park if you want, then head down River Rd, then take a left on Sorrento Rd, then another left down Largo Rd. It’s a beautiful walk that includes large oak trees dripping with Spanish moss, a canal bridge, sunset views, and of course beautiful views of Marco Lake.
