$10 Tuesdays – Know Before You Go!

We’re excited to welcome you to Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens for our $10 Tuesdays this summer! To help you make the most of your visit, here are a few tips:

🌞 Beat the Heat

Florida sunshine is no joke! Dress for the weather, bring a refillable water bottle (refill stations available) and take breaks in shaded or indoor areas.

❄️ enjoy cool zones

Need to cool off? Visit our Cool Zone in Riverview Courtyard, now equipped with misting fans brought to you by East Coast Sports!

💧 Stay Hydrated

Water is a must—bring your own reusable bottle or purchase drinks throughout the Zoo. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty! There are water refill stations throughout the park.

💳 we're cashless

We accept debit cards, credit cards and Apple Pay. Please note that we do not accept cash.

📱 Plan Ahead

The Zoo may be busier than usual. Use our map to plan your visit to your favorite habitats.

🎟️ Tickets Are Limited

Make sure you’ve secured your tickets online in advance. Walk-up tickets are not available.

🚗 Parking is Limited

$10 Tuesdays are popular! We recommend carpooling if possible. Follow staff and directional signage for any available overflow parking.

🍽️ Food and Snacks

Food and drinks are available for purchase throughout the park. However, please be patient as we expect longer wait times than usual.

🧴 Apply Sunscreen

Protect yourself from the sun with protective clothing or sunscreen and be sure to reapply throughout the day.

🦓 Be Kind and Patient

Please be respectful of staff, animals, garden spaces and fellow guests. We’re all here to enjoy a great day!

Need Help?

If you have any questions or concerns, please find the nearest staff member—we’re happy to help!

We can’t wait to see you for a fun and affordable day at the Zoo!
